WHO WE ARE
The 808 in our name pays homage to the 1980’s Roland TR-808 synthesizer, one of the most influential instruments to appear in the last 30 years. This drum machine completely changed how music was created and recorded, combining ground-breaking creativity with affordability.
Just as the 808 let artists view music differently, we see the world through a different lens. We march to the beat of our own drum machine and we love to disrupt the stale design market with innov8ive thinking.
808 Principal, Executive Producer
With more than 20 years in the branded entertainment industry, Clayton started Agency808 in 2016 to address a glaring niche: immersive brand and educational experiences for children and their families.
Previously as a Producer for GES and as VP Business Development for Pop2Life Experiential, Clayton developed, produced and oversaw touring operations for the successful museum exhibitions “Harry Potter: The Exhibition”, “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Exhibition”, “Robots: The Interactive Exhibition” and “Enders Game, Comic-Con 2013”. His experience with major brands and family-based entertainment has uniquely allowed him to develop and oversee significant semi-permanent immersive experiences for holiday retail partners Macerich Property Group’s “HGTV Holiday House”, Taubman Mall’s “Snow Globes” and “Ice Palace” experiences, as well as experiential marketing tours and temporary exhibits for Pixar / Walt Disney Pictures, Cartoon Network, Comedy Central, NBC and Paramount Pictures. Clayton holds two BA degrees in Finance and Business Management from Cedarville University in Ohio.

As a founding partner of Agency808, Lauren uses her 12+ year history of designing immersive experiences to create new ways for families to play together.
Working as a designer at GES for a decade has granted Lauren the opportunity to create some of the world’s top museum exhibitions, including “Harry Potter: The Exhibition”, “National Geographic: Earth Explorers”, ”Alien Worlds and Androids” and “JPL’s Mission Control Center”. She has an extensive background designing elaborate holiday experiences for Westfield, Taubman, GGP (now Brookfield) and Simon Property Group. Bringing the Disney brand to life through promotional tours such as “Frozen Fall Festival” and edu-taining experiences like D23’s “Disneyland: The Exhibition” has seamlessly parlayed Lauren into creating Disney-themed place spaces at retail centers. With a diverse background in drawing, painting and photography, she brings a wealth of creative problem-solving skills to the table. Lauren graduated Suma Cum Laude from Syracuse University with a BFA in Visual Communication.
